Ali Nash
Dublin born and based designer Ali Nash has worked from strength to strength since 2004 to built what is now an internationally recognised label. To this day she works and welcomes customers into her open showroom and studio in Dun Laoghaire.
With a love for colour and form, the combination of vibrant gems with delicate gold findings in her pieces creates her distinguished look and charachter, a vintage aesthetic with a new modern feel.
With a BA Arts Degree in Trinity College Dublin, Ali studied and gained expertise in both metalwork and beadwork in the National College of Art and Design in Dublin to then progress to and complete a jewellery design course in the Gemological Institute of America in London.
The collections of necklaces, bracelets and earrings are designed and made by Ali herself, integrating precious and semi precious gems all adorned with gold-filled vermeil chains and charms. This combination creates a beautiful contrast between a vintage aesthetic and a modern feel. Inspired by bright colours and the diversity of cultures and customs she has experienced through extensive travels, Ali’s talent and passion for handcrafted beads and precious stones drives and shapes her work to possess a distinctive character.
