We, Craig and Catherine Brady, added to our family in February 2013, with the birth of our little boy, (who was having coffee wafted in front of his nose at only a few weeks old). With this new focus in our lives, somehow in spite of the sleepless nights we found time to reassess our future and talk about our dreams. We kept coming back to our love of coffee and the coffee culture and coffeeshop.ie was established in the Summer of 2013.
